Natalie is the founder and driving force behind Spence Attorneys, which she founded in 2019. She embodies a commitment to legal excellence and advocacy within the dynamic landscape of South African law.
Background:
​Natalie is Dual Qualified in South Africa and England and Wales. She was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales after the successful completion of the QLTS. Natalie is a duly admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in South Africa with rights of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. She holds a LLM (Tax Law) degree from UCT (2019). She is the current Chairperson of the Cape Town Attorneys Association.

Natalie is passionate about commercial law, tech, property and the Non-Profit sector. She hopes to create solutions that help people in business, and not just with legal problems. Her approach blends a steadfast dedication to client advocacy, and legal innovation with a profound commitment to ethical representation. She enjoys speaking on topics at various legal events and/or conferences within her areas of expertise and has spoken at events in the past.
